Program Manager
Full-Time | Buffalo, NY
The Program Manager will play an important role in developing, coordinating and supporting programming at the Hispanic Heritage Cultural Institute. This position will help ensure programs and initiatives are thoughtfully planned, effectively implemented and aligned with the mission of the Hispanic Heritage Council.
The ideal candidate is a strong organizer and communicator who enjoys working collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and creating meaningful programs and experiences for the community.

Executive Assistant
Full-Time | Buffalo, NY
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to help ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the Hispanic Heritage Council and Hispanic Heritage Cultural Institute.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced and growing nonprofit organization.

Social Care Navigator
Part-Time | 2 Positions Available | Hybrid – Buffalo, NY
The Hispanic Heritage Cultural Institute is hiring two part-time Social Care Navigators to help connect individuals and families with important community resources and services through New York’s Social Care Network program.
Social Care Navigators will work directly with community members to identify their needs, complete screenings, coordinate referrals and connect people with community organizations that can provide appropriate services and support. Navigators will also follow up to help ensure referrals are successfully resolved.
This is a community-facing position for someone who is compassionate, organized and comfortable building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. The positions are expected to work approximately 15–20 hours per week and pay $22–$23 per hour. These positions will begin part-time, with the possibility of becoming full-time as the program and funding grow.
